Why Detox is Health License
Do you know that most of the food we consume contain pesticides, animal hormones, antibiotics and toxins which reduces liver and colons ability detoxify and digest foods. When the liver and colon is not functioning properly, the whole body becomes toxic. This toxicity produces a total variety of symptoms. The inability to lose weight, skin changes and allergies. Losing weight is just a matter of calories in calories out, that it’s about energy balance, about eating less and exercising more. How’s that working out for you? Probably not so well I guess? The science says sugar and flour calories are WAY different. First, they trigger addiction and overeating. Second, they spike insulin and inflammation, which makes you store belly fat and blocks your ability to feel full. The verdict is in: Sugar calories are worse than whole food calories. Sugar spikes insulin and triggers inflammation, a double whammy guaranteed to mess up any attempt at long-term weight loss.
Start by removing potential allergenic foods from your diets such as wheat, dairy, and soy, and start detoxing at least once or twice annually to remove all the toxins, parasite, body and belly fats buildup from those allergenic foods and while also replenishing and consuming at least daily fresh probiotic foods like live-cultured yogurts, if possibly handmade yogurt. I personally love goat milk yogurts. Always Focus on eating enough fruits and vegetables in addition to proteins (beans, eggs, meat, fish,) and a variety of oils. After 2-3 weeks, slowly add back gluten-, soy-, and dairy containing foods one at a time; one new food type every 4-5 days is as fast as you want to go. Monitor how you feel as you add each of these foods back into your diet after detoxing your body. If you start to have bloating or other gastrointestinal issues, this is a red flag that you might have an allergy or intolerance to one of these food types so keep it out of your diet moving forward because after your detox, your body will adjust to what you consume daily. If you feel bloating after consuming back gluten food, have in mind that you might be allergy to any of the soy.
Most of us has never in our life detox our body before starting a new diet or trying to lose weight or have a healthy lifestyle. Even if you think you are healthy and feel good, you may not realize that your normal state is not your final state.
Most of us move away aimlessly from things that supports our health: for example, not getting enough sleep (I am a victim for not getting enough sleep, lol), not getting enough sleep can make you age fast, less workout or exercise, unhealthy meals (Junk foods), too much stress, not enough time for ourselves (Spa). The best way to reset your life is a 7-day detox. Obviously, people’s body mechanisms are different; some people need longer detoxification of 7- 10 days. Our body metabolism can store environmental toxins and metals in fat cells, this is the area that we truly need to detox, it is very important that we remove toxins from our system by burning stubborn fats stored in fat cells, it will help the fat cells to shrink. Following simple healthy foods. No toxins or drugs, by which I mean sugar, flour, processed foods, caffeine or alcohol. Self-nurturing practices: deep breathing, sleeping 7-8 hours a night, working out (keeping fit), take closer look at yourself in the mirror and love yourself, everyone is beautiful in their own way especially those who take proper care of their body..
